Product Description
It is an elastic polymer with good combination, low price and applying arrange wide. It can be blended with sulfuration PE, epichlorohydrin rubber, nitrile butadienen rubber, polyohloreprere rubber, styrene butadienen rubber and natural rubber etc.to manufacture various sulfuration products applied in middle & low pressures of wire and cable, leather etc. and as a synthetic rubber, it is also used to manufacture various sulfuration products, such as hose, rubber belt, magnetic rubber and water-proof color rolling profile. It can be used in blending of multiple plastics, such as PVC,PE,PP and ABS etc. to enhance their impact intensity, igniting resistant, cold resistant and oil resistant that suitable to produce foreskin of wire, jacket of cable, impact resistant pipe, sheet, profile and structural material etc.. It is grafting compounded with monomers of acrylonitrile, styrene, MMA etc. that can develop a series of engineering plastics with excellent properties.
Properties:
The product is no rules structure of the saturated thermoplastic
resin, its appearance is white powder; it can be mixed and used
with PVC, evidently increasing the impact resistance strength in
lower temperature, flame resistance, ageing resistance and flexure
performance.
CPE135A mainly used in products such as window profiles, pipes,
pipefittings, extrusion board, and also used in magnetic materials,
such as magnetic rubber strips and all type of flattened magnet.

Excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance
and flame retardant, with a variety of plastics rubber has good
compatibility
Effectively improve the toughness of rigid PVC products, anti-red
and anti-aging properties,
Improve the melting point of PVC, has a good plasticizing
properties.
Use:
CPE has two series of thermoplastic resin and elastomer rubber. The
thermoplastic CPE resin can be used alone to produce electric cable
and waterproof roll etc. It also can be used as impact modifier
blended with polyvinyl-chloride(PVC)polyethylene (PE)
polypropylene(PP) polystyrene(PS) ABS or polyurethane(PU) etc. The
elastomer CPE rubber shows both the elasticity of rubber and the
resistance to oil chemicals heat cold and flame etc. Of plastics.
The CPE as a special rubber with high performance can be used alone
for rubber industry. It also can be used as modifier and
solubilizer of general-purposed synthetic rubber blended with EPDM
LIR NBR or CSM etc. So it can be used to produce flame retarded
sheath of wire and cable conveyer belt rubber tubes waterproof roll
rubber and seal with car etc.
